Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us at a2theatrenova@gmail.com so we may assist you.
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE THEATRE IF YOU ARE SICK. Although there are no refunds on ticket purchases, if you need to exchange your tickets or transfer them to someone else, you may email a2theatrenova@gmail.com to do so and we will happily make those changes for you if tickets are available and if you have given at least two hours notice prior to your scheduled date and time.
General Policies
Theatre NOVA offers masks-required performances on Thursdays to provide a safe space for our immunocompromised patrons and those who want a higher level of risk mitigation. Please check our current COVID-19 policy before your scheduled performance date.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Theatre NOVA).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
